Energy Leadership --IPEC Coaching
1st Phase of Coaching: The Assessment...
We Start every Matrix Relationship with a 17 minute Energy Leadership Assessment. The Assessment is based on 7 levels of energy from the Energetic Self-Perception Chart developed in 1999 by Bruce D. Schneider, founder of IPEC Coaching. Both the assessment and the Energetic Self-Perception Chart are somewhat complicated, and both are based on the concept that the highest levels of energy are anabolic, and associated with non-judgemental or completely objective thinking. The lowest levels are catabolic, and based on victim thinking. The lowest levels are catabolic, and based on victim thinking and the emotions surrounding that type of thinking.
The Energy Assessment Measures:
1) Your current potential leadership ability. This is the current potential you have for motivating and inspiring not only others from all aspects of your life, but yourself as well, to take positive, purposeful action and achieve success.
2) Your current level of engagement in life (how emotionally and intellectually involved you are in what you do and who you’re with).
3) Your current level of consciousness (the awareness of who you truly are, vs. who you think and act like you are at your core, as well as the type of energy you live with each day.
The Assessment is a one-time charge of $199. Included is an hour debrief with a Certified Master Energy Leadership Practitioner. Even if you decide not to coach with Matrix Wellness, this 10 page report will provide you a foundation and (often) clues to the issues currently challenging your life!

The fisherman parable comes from the "Good Book" and is purposefully written to demonstrate how Matrix Wellness coaching differs from other coaching programs.
Part of society has you believing that we are "dependent" on each other for existence or struggle is part of life's grand scheme suggesting "only the strong will survive". This results in an unjustified buy-in that we need to live life with limitations or we all need to deal with the life cards we are dealt often inclusive of struggle, handouts, or doing what's necessary to survive --Maslo's Hierarchy of Needs.
